Yeah, one would think this would be easy, given these accounts are from the same provider, right? Well, unfortunately, it is not as easy as you might think. This then leads to questions we get quite frequently, such as: “Is there any way of simply synchronizing two Exchange accounts?” or “How can I sync my two Exchange calendars?”. Many consultants, external employees and even university professors know exactly how this feels, and struggle to maintain their multiple accounts.
This means you will have to do a lot of back and forth to see, for example, if you have a free slot on your calendar on Tuesday afternoon. Your email messages, contacts, calendars, tasks and notes are separated in these two different accounts.
Hypothetically, let’s say you are working for two companies (A and B), and you are in possession of two Exchange Server accounts, one for each company.
My question would be: is there a way to have the email signature that each employee has, which is pulled from Active directory, be automatically, or manually by IT, setup on the android phones and tablets? I ask this because it occurred to me when an employee's signature is changed for whatever reason, it is not automatically changed on their mobile device but it is on their outlook account as this information is pulled from AD. In our work environment, we have an exchange 2010 server, outlook 2010 on all terminal servers as well as exchange activesync on the cell phones and tablets. I have a specific question that i will try to make as simple as possible to answer.
